BRECKSVILLE- BROADVIEW HEIGHTS SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP
REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES
To be considered for this scholarship, potential candidates must submit an essay explaining how their participation in BEES Varsity Athletics has changed or effected the athletes Brecksville - Broadview Heights High School experience. Describe a memorable sports moment at BBHHS. Describe what it means to be an "Unsung Hero" on an athletic team and what impact has athletics had on your life and how what you have learned as a participating athlete has helped prepare you for the future.
One (1) $1,000.00 Scholarship will be issued to One (1) Senior Girl and One (1) Senior Boy Athlete. Total of Two (2) scholarships for a total of $2,000.00 will be issued each calendar year.
REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Must be a graduating Senior.
- Must have Lettered in a minimun of one (1) Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School varsity sport.
- Must submit to the BBHHS Guidance Office a TYPED essay with a minimum of 350 words (requirements listed above).
- Can NOT have been suspended from school at any point throughout High School. Must have a good disciplinary record with the school.
- BBHHS Athletic Code of Conduct will be enforced on all applications.
